Q: Why should you as an employer offer your employees a Career Program?

Q: What are the benefits for me as an employer to offer redeployment?

<p>The benefits for you as an employer are many. You get a former employee who is happy and who will hopefully find a new job more quickly, which strengthens your employer branding and gives you a good feeling when you part ways. By offering the possibility of redeployment, employers show that they care about their employees and that they are willing to help them in the transition to a new career. This can help preserve the company’s reputation and relationships with the employee who has resigned, and it also helps maintain the morale and productivity of remaining employees during a restructuring or layoff. </p> <p>An outplacement program can also reduce the risk of legal action. When an employee is well taken care of through Outplacement, the risk of them taking legal action such as suing the employer for unfair dismissal or discrimination is reduced. The focus going forward is on finding a new assignment together with us. </p>

Q: What is a transition agreement?

Career Program™

Under the Unik Career Program™, we hire the employee and provide access to new colleagues and offices. The length of employment is determined by the number of months in the program that the employer offers the employee. Everyone at Unik – from career developers and recruiters to management – is actively involved in helping the employee find a new job. All this while focusing on your business from day 1.

Outplacement coaching

The coaching is focused on self-awareness and directing the focus correctly to avoid getting “stuck in the situation” (often there is a lot of frustration and anger) and to give the employee the tools to map networks, write applications, interview training, etc. Using our tools such as Be the best version of You™, we identify and train on a personal behavior that is developing forward. The intervention lasts until the person has found a job or at most six months.

When you have an employee where you are leaning towards needing to go your separate ways and want this to happen in the best way for all parties, we are a safe and stable partner to both you and your employee.

We are experts in staffing, specialist and management positions. Many of our assignments are in finance, administration, purchasing, logistics, quality, production, project management and engineering. We work in both the private and public sectors.
