Mapping

We take note of the business plan and other strategic plans available in order to identify the current situation, the desired situation and any GAPs.

Far from all businesses have a living business plan, which is why this mapping is sometimes carried out as a needs analysis together with one of our experienced business developers. With the result that it becomes a documented plan regarding the current situation, the desired situation and any GAP.

One-page-strategic-plan

Based on the results of the mapping, we work together to formulate your strategic plan for the business on one page. The aim is for all employees to quickly and easily understand the strategic and tactical direction of the business and how they can influence their operational actions.
